1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tkgem platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support functions available at https://tkgem.vu. By accessing or using tkgem in any way — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use tkgem, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on tkgem. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

• tkgem reserves the right to request identity documents (passport, national ID, or driving licence) at any time for KYC purposes.
• Verification of a valid payment method linked to the account may be required before withdrawals are processed.
• tkgem may suspend or close any account where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. tkgem will not be held liable for unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tkgem accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• tkgem reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests deemed suspicious or unusually large.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tkgem offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• tkgem reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to cancel bonus funds from any account found to be abusing promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

Free spins, if awarded, must be used on the specified game within the stated expiry period. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkgem platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using proceeds from illegal or unlawful activity (including money laundering) to fund a tkgem account.

This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, delays in deposit or withdrawal processing, or changes to game rules or odds.

tkgem does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, and tkgem accepts no liability for any losses or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the tkgem Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Account Suspension and Termination

tkgem reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, balances will be returned to the registered payment method minus any applicable processing fees. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
